Description
Vypracovat popis řešení projektu (v angličtině) - část RA3a ("Context definition and penalisation matrix").
Text by se měl týkat #4247 - Expert-based context penalization matrix, text k #4248 (Data-based context penalization matrix) vypracuje ZČU (#4333).

Part of RA3a was finished by the perceptual assessment of incongruent allophonic variants; this led to formulating rules which Czech systematic variants can be pooled for synthesis (submitted as a journal paper in May 2017). Work is continuing on the coarticulatory context penalization matrix, specifically with regard to weighting possibilities.
