I need the ASF file/files (for the voice/voices analysed) extended with an in-last-syllable attribute. Details about the attribute are described in #4163.

Asf file (voice AJ) with attribute 'lastSyl' is in Experiments/PositionalFeatures/onlyLastSyl/:
- label 1 -> the phone is a vowel (or syllabic consonant)* in the last syllable of a prosodic word
- label 0 -> otherwise
*VOWELS = [u'a', u'e', u'i', u'o', u'u', u'A', u'E', u'I', u'O', u'U', u'y', u'Y', u'F', u'L', u'P', u'H']
